OCD therapy · Gurugram & online

The thoughts feel unstoppable. You are not your thoughts.

Unwanted thoughts, rituals you can’t resist, the endless need to check or be certain. OCD is exhausting and often misunderstood. Here, you’ll be understood.

Does this feel familiar?

OCD is more than being neat. It’s a fight no one sees.

I know it makes no sense, but I can’t stop checking.
Intrusive thoughts scare me, and I hide them from everyone.
I repeat things until it feels “right.”
I spend hours on rituals and feel ashamed of it.
I need reassurance again and again, and it never lasts.
I worry that having these thoughts says something terrible about me.

Intrusive thoughts don’t make you a bad person. They make you someone who is struggling.

Understanding OCD

A loop of fear and relief

OCD involves unwanted, distressing thoughts (obsessions) and urges to do something, mentally or physically, to ease the distress (compulsions). The relief is brief, so the cycle repeats and can take over hours of your day.

OCD is a recognised, treatable condition, and nothing to be ashamed of. A therapist experienced in OCD can help you understand the cycle and work on breaking it, at a pace you can manage.

Exposure-based techniques
